FAQ's Ordering Prints

	PRINTING What type of paper do you use? My photographs are professionally printed on high quality FujiFilm Crystal Archive photographic paper. - Each and every file is colour graded, density and contrast controlled. - Extensive colour stability and life expectancy on all offered papers. - Choice of Lustre, Gloss or Metallic paper finishes. Can the photographs be printed on canvas? Yes, my photographs can be printed on premier art canvas and wrapped around a wooden stretcher frame (known as a gallery wrap), ready to hang. Please contact me for sizes and pricing. Sizes All print sizes are given in inches or cms; you can choose when choosing a product. If there is a specific photo that you would like to order at a specific size (ie. 14cm x 14cm) please let me know and I can upload accordingly. Can I crop photos? You can select cropping and other options after adding your photos to the shopping cart. Will the watermark print? The © louisegardiner.com watermark on all images will not be printed.

PAYMENT What currency are prices in? All prices are in Pounds Sterling. How can I pay for my purchase? You will be forwarded to PayPal when you checkout. You can pay either using your PayPal account or with a credit card; just click the Continue link that is to the left of the PayPal login box. DELIVERY Where do you deliver? The print lab is able to send packets and parcels all over the world excluding the United States and Canada. The lab has accounts with all major courier services. Shipping starts at £3.50. The actual shipping charges depend on the product and the quantity and will be calculated at the time of checkout.	RETURNS AND EXCHANGES What is your return policy? All prints are guaranteed as well as protection against orders arriving damaged or incomplete. If you have any problems with an order, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. I can exchange or refund only on items which are technically or physically incorrect or damaged (e.g., the print is blurred, the paper is ripped) and unfortunately am unable to offer this service on items returned for other reasons.
